Rainy Days and Mondays Always Get Me Down

Labor Day was supposed to be fun but it rained...all day long! I got so bored being inside, especially since Mom and Dad spent most of the day painting the walls in the dining room. I'm not allowed in there anyway but it would have been fun to spend the day playing tug-of-war with my rope. I got a chew stick instead. I don't want to brag but it only took me two hours to make it disappear. It was funny to watch mom search all over for it before she realized I ate the whole thing. I hope she has another one for next weekend because she still has to paint the kitchen. Ha ha!
